Complaints policy
Last updated: 16 October 2026.
MAME LIMITED takes complaints about the studio, a project, this website or our marketing seriously. This page explains how to raise one, and how quickly we will answer.
How to complain
Email hello@mameltd.com with the subject line “Complaint”. You can also write to:
MAME LIMITED
585a Fulham Road
London
SW6 5UA
United Kingdom
Please include:
- your name and a way to reply;
- what happened, and when;
- the page, project or advertisement it relates to;
- what you would like us to do.
What we will do
- Acknowledge the complaint within 5 working days.
- Look into what happened. If we need more from you, we will ask.
- Send a full reply within 20 working days of acknowledgement. If we need longer, we will tell you why and when you will hear from us. That further period will not be more than another 20 working days.
- If we uphold the complaint, the reply will say what we will change or put right, and by when.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays in England and Wales.
If you are not satisfied
Reply to the same email and say what is still unresolved. A director of MAME LIMITED will review it and write to you within 15 working days.
Some complaints also have a route outside the company:
- Personal information. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. See our privacy policy for the address.
- An advertisement. Concerns about an ad we are responsible for can be raised with the Advertising Standards Authority, Castle House, 37–45 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4LS, asa.org.uk.
- Discrimination or access. The Equality Advisory and Support Service can advise you: equalityadvisoryservice.com.
Please contact us first where you can. Most things can be sorted more quickly that way.
